[Sca-cooks] Charcoal forge suggestion ;-)

My garage most would call a open shop lol it has a roof and 2 walls.. and 
the backwall is where my forge is set up. This forge is 20 years old lol and 
I built it. I haven't had time to run it though in almost 5 years. It will 
be a while yet before I can start again since I broke my back... feeling and 
cinders are a major concern lol
