[Sca-cooks] Another knife question

My old reliable is still a Chicago Cutlery Knife 10" Chef Knife.  That 
is a good company in my opinion...
That is the one I let my wife use everyday and yes it goes through the 
dishwasher because she just doesn't understand....
But that knife is also the one I grab daily for general use.

And No I do not need the dishwasher lecture... I KNOW better she doesn't 
care though so that it the knife I let her use of mine...
As far as storage and Kids I recommmend child safety locks and store the 
GOOD knives out of reach.  (Note this will get higher and higher until 
you can teach the youngin' about proper knife usage...
