Thanks for the link!
I'm actually more than okay right now, spices-wise, probably because I 
haven't done much feast cooking for a while (intentionally <g>...giving 
myself a break).
I thought of more possibilities for sales, though...
basic dried ingredients used in ethnic cuisines--kaffir lime leaves, and 
tamarind pods, and that sort of thing....
