our local (albuquerque, nm) sam's club has 18 qt. GE 
electric roasters for $30 each.  what a deal!  they also 
have 20 qt. roasters are $60. i know a honking big turkey 
fits into my 20 qt. and the 18 should be just about 
perfect for a cryovac brisket.   cooks a lot quicker and 
in less time, too. 

if you feed the masses, long for a big warming station, 
cook in bulk for the home freezer or just like a good deal 
on kitchen equipment, you might want to check your local 
sam's club.
