Just break it and drop it in, but you need to have coolant circulating when
you do. The circulation breaks apart the egg while the heal cooks it into
small particles which become lodged in the leaks and block them. The
radiator will need to be replaced or have a caustic cleaning before being
repaired to get rid of the egg.

Ground pepper particles in the coolant blocking small leaks. A pressure
flush will remove them.

In both cases, the leaks are assumed to be pinholes. The methods don't work
with large holes (rock cuts, bullet holes, etc.) or long cracks in connector
pipes. It also doesn't work well on holes in hoses.
