Sept. 19 is also the night of the Emmy Awards in the US.  Will the TV 
award winner talk like pirates?  Probably not.

Also, it will be the day after Caid Crown Tournament, traditionally a 
"day of meetings" so the kingdom officers and baronage may meet the new 
Crown Prince and Crown Princess.  I suspect some pirate talkin' will be 
happenin'.
