True enow.  Turnip in French is "navet."  Navets arme'es.  Sounds better 
already!  
I hope the patrons will merely see "stuff in cheese sauce" and go for it.

Bwahahaha!  I just went through that one last night with one of my newer 
Period Cookery students.  I think she and I will stick with Mac and 
Cheese for the time being.  <grin>
