Or at least, it appears so. The Financial Times, a Brit newspaper on money,
has published a very positive article on Medieval cookery. While I coiuldn't
read the whole thing, since I'm not particularly interested in spending
money on a periodical of that nature, the introductory paragraphs were good
enough, that I thought I'd spread the word ;-) I also wrote then an email,
thanking them for a positive article on the topic- I suppose that, if any of
you would care to do the same, it might help us in our desire to remove the
urban myth of evil medieval food.
