I like to use them instead of black pepper- kinda the same, but people ask
"this is good, what did you do?"
No exact recipe/documentation, though, my cooking style is more "fling stuff
in" and see how it comes out... (despite the occasional failure- no more
vanilla in the casserole, eh?)

OK, yesterday at Coronation I bought a few ounces of cubebs, with the vague
knowledge that they are used in some medieval dishes of some sort <g>.

Now what do I do with them? Recipe suggestions?
