If you go to the top page of the Florilegium and plug "The Food 
Chronology" into the search engine there, you will get 34 hits. While 
some are duplicates and some are simply references, a number are 
reviews and commentary about the book. In a quick review, the cautions 
and the criticisms out-weigh the positive comments.
