The one I used didn't call for vinegar at all...it used bread crumbs, 
honey, black pepper and ginger...I think that was about it.  Then I 
sliced it into a diamond-shaped pattern and studded each piece with a 
whole clove.  One of the best things about it was that it didn't require 
baking!
