[Sca-cooks] RE: MAc and Cheese

My Mom used to make it thusly:

Boil spaghetti til just barely al dente. Drain well and set aside.

In a double boiler goes 1 quart of milk, 4 eggs, 1/4 lb cheese, chunked,
and one glass jar of Kraft Old English Cheese.  Stir and cook until it is
all nicely blended.

Take a 15 x 12 lasagna pan (or whatever you have that's large), butter it,
dump in the spaghetti and over that pour the liquid mixture.  Cook at 350
degrees until set.
