One of the new books that I have been going
through is Gastronomie! Food Museums &
Heritage Sites of France by Tom and Sayles Hughes.
While I can't wholeheartedly recommend its purchase,
anyone with an interest in French foods or who plans to
travel to France might like to see and read over a copy.
