sandwiches:

Why do you say this? I've come to like lebanon bologna, but I've just  
put in on microwaved sandwiches so far.  I can see where it might be  
a problem if cut too thick, but the only way I've seen lebanon  
bologna is in the deli section and there you can specify the  
thickness it should be cut to.

I think cooked bacon or ham is a good addition.

When I was growing up my family had a Sunbeam waffle iron which had  
waffle plates which could be replaced with grill surfaces. Nice and  
convenient, but it tended to squash the sandwich. Now when I do grill  
cheese sandwiches I use a grill on top of the gas burner.
