mmmm  winter food, any stew soup and or sandwich... no wait that is all year
long.

Hearty dark breads to soak up the stew, although what comes to mind is my
favorite dish.  A variation on beans and rice, which I was introduced to in
Hawaii.  Chili over rice.  Yep good ol' spicy American chili over fresh
sticky rice.  take half as much as you think you want it is surprisingly
filling.
