[Sca-cooks] Bread recipe needed

Search under the file labeled
Food - Breads and Grains  where one will discover there
aren't that many authentic recipes, but everything we already know
about medieval breads is in there, along with various sources.
The bakers were notorious for keeping their recipes within their guilds.
Another source would be to turn to

The Archives of the SCA-Cooks List which are online and may be searched 
for recipes by ingredients or country. 
http://www.ansteorra.org/pipermail/sca-cooks/  Be imaginative and 
willing to search under a number of terms.

Those should do the trick.
