Stefan,

A Cuban pressed (grilled) sandwich is a fine food. They consist of 

Cuban Bread
sliced mojo pork (cured bitter orange juice)
sliced ham
Swiss cheese
yellow mustard
slice pickles
pressed on a hot grill
