I knew they made no sense, but it was what I had on hand and wanted
to cook. And it didn't seem all that fancy. Just a couple of casseroles and
things. It was just food to me.

Misprint. It was a portabella crustless quiche.
I'll post the recipe later tonight. But it is very easy.

What makes it "Chinese" is that I bought it at the Chinese Market next door.
Very crisp. Their duck is to die for.
