The final arrangements for CookCon3 have now been made, and the 
information on the conference is posted at:  
<http://dialup.pcisys.net/~mem/cookcon3.html>.  Our guest of honor is 
claypotter John Hudson whose reproduction pottery can be seen at 
historical sites throughout England including Hampton Court and Barley Hall.

This is a call for papers for the conference.  If you would like to 
present a paper or give a class contact Mary Morman (mem at rialto.org) 
with an outline and synopsis of your class, paper, or presentation, and 
a brief curriculum vitae. Audio-visual and hands-on cooking 
presentations are also welcome.

Please feel free to cross post this message as appropriate, and I look 
forward to seeing many of you at CookCon3 in June!
