Hope all goes well for you.  I've been told that I have a similar 
experience in my future...they just spotted the first signs of the 
cataracts in my eyes, but want to wait a while...evidently they will 
cause my vision to temporarily get better as the cataracts grow, then 
it'll start declining again...that's when they want to do the surgery.  
I'm hoping that, by then, the procedure will have advanced to the point 
where, as I understand it, they not only remove the cataracts but are 
able to reshape things much as they do now with laser surgery, enabling 
me to see once again without glasses.  But I'll be thinking of you....
