That is an amazing book, and is the book thats sole influence is the
book that i'm currently translating.  Peter Rose also did a book that
is a survey of pictures done in the 16th/17th centuries (time period
could be off, i'm working from memory) featuring food.  It's an
expensive, but very nice book.
