For the purposes of that lecture, I left Henisch off.
Actually one could make the case for putting Henisch
in and leaving Tannahill out... It's this question of balance.
They can read about medieval feasts in so many places but which sources
also cover foods or other cultures. Pretty soon the list is 6 pages
and then 10 and the lecture takes 2 hours or longer.
