the two grown wolfhounds and the wolfhound puppy fared 
better than the owners, i think!  tho i would rather be 
warm and wet than cold and wet!!!!!  husband-monster dug a 
great drainhole just in front of the cook tent that kept 
the  campsite nicely if slowly drained.

i missed meeting a number of people. i am so miffed!!!! 
 and it's skeery when a gal my size gets miffed!

somewhere between getting the flu 5 days before we left, a 
sprained ankle (thank you gopher heaven!), teaching 
classes, running a kingdom bardic, feeding green chili 
stew (quite successfully) to about 175 people, and keeping 
a food plan on time around the baron and baroness (my 
first try at working around people who need to be 
somewhere sometime)...  things got away from me!

maybe some other time...  but i am stilled bummed!!!!!  i 
wanted to meet people!
