Yeah, probably best as a personal letter. I sincerely doubt that we 
could collectively come up with a cohesive set of opinions. Though I 
agree with you about Flay, I happen to like Emeril. I usually refer to 
Wolfgang Puke, not because of his food, but because his whiny voice and 
stupid attemps at humor just bug the crap out of me.
