I agree with William here.  Please don't give the network nobs a 
negative view of the SCA.  Some of us might want to work for them some day.

This is not to say that a lot of us don't agree with you, but this is on 
a purely individual basis and not an institutional policy.

You know who I would like to see from the Food TV stable is Sarah 
Moulton.  She's their only on-air personality with a proven track record 
of being able to think on her feet, hosting a live call-in food show for 
as long as she has.
