The IP it lists is owned by yahoo and seems to be their bulk mailer:

Server:  localhost
Address:  127.0.0.1

Name:    n3a.bulk.scd.yahoo.com
Address:  66.94.237.37

You may want to e-mail yahoogroups.   I would need the whole headers 
from the message you are getting to see what is up.
