Anyone have any stories about odd uses for electric knives? The oddest use I have put one to was when I was rather young and was trying to skin out a very large rattler, big around as my leg if I recall correctly. I was trying to cut it down the belly scales and finally found that mom's electric carving knife did the job quite well. Daniel
