[Sca-cooks] Pasta Sheets

I make my own pasta.  It's cheap and easy.  Flour, an egg, a little water, 
oil and salt.  Although I have one of the pasta rolling machines, that is 
not necessary, a rolling pin will work fine.

I have found that, for private dinner parties, inviting the guests to come 
early and roll out the pasta is a fun and easy entertainment.
