[Sca-cooks] Period German Mustard Recipes (long)

Thank you to everyone who has commented so far! I really appreciate the input.

I think I'm still going to be doing "all mustards" partly because I'm
stubborn, partly because I really think that I can get enough
difference in flavors that it won't be "boring" and partly because
there seem to be a *lot* of German mustards out there.

Also, the "concept" of the feast: Carnevale, Lent and Easter... sour
cherries, especially fresh ones, would probably not be available at
that part of the year, and fresh herbs (say for a green sauce) might
not be either (one could argue for Easter, though). Mustard seed
though, probably would be.

I will definitely continue to think about it over the next couple of
weeks, though, as I start to hunt for, buy and make things.
