Thorvald and Master A both mentioned the recipes of "Ouverture de Cuisine"
when talking about sausages.

Realising that I don't have a copy of that one in my collection I did a
quick website and discovered a Transcription version by some of our lists
leading lights! (Anne-Marie Rousseau, Elisabeth Mohr, Jennifer Witsoe, James
Prescott, Brent Kellmer, Philip Troy, Thomas Gloning)

And since I'm horribly bad at reading french (modern or period), I'm
wondering if anyone is doing (or has done) a translation of this one in to
English?
