[Sca-cooks] Le menagier

The menu entries and the recipe title in Power's translation of
Menagier are simply "Cold Sage" (as is also the case in Viandier).

In both Menagier and Viandier the corresponding recipes describe
a sage sauce over a cold chicken.

The Lindahl transcription of the original of Menagier on the web
has in the menus simply "froide sauge".  See:

In my opinion the addition of "soup" is either from a later edition
of Menagier, or is a misinterpretation by Hinson.
