With sugar, or without? I have southern-midwestern friends who shudder
at the thought of adding sugar, calling it "cake" when I do, but then
what do they know? they put *butter* on fresh, hot chocolate cake!
(maire gives a good, Rocky Mountain NW shudder and eeuuuuuuwww!)
--maire, who prefers her chili with beans (cost effectiveness, good
fiber source, etc.), but likes it cooked with beer and Yeo's Chili
Sauce, in addition to onions and tasty peppers....It's also good done
with venison, although the aftereffects can be...powerful. ;-)
