well... perhaps with corn kernels and green chili (or 
jalapeno for the truly dragon-breath types) no syrup.... 
okay, some honey ... with sausage or ham... thats dinner. 
 or make it as corncakes on a day you don't want to deal 
with the oven with similar sides.

i sometimes make corncakes as a tortilla substitute with a 
bowl of red.
