I am seeing the Iron Chefs using the liver to make a massive sauce, and the
cheeks on that fish might be large enough to feast off of all by themselves.
I can hardly imagine the eyeballs and other parts various Asian cultures
consider delicacies...

A turkey fryer for the hushpuppies. the hushpuppies would be about the size
of a grapefruit, maybe a cantaloupe.
The fish, once gutted and filleted, fry on a well oiled metal slab.
Or if you are cutting calories and want baked/steamed fish, go Hawaiian luau
pit. Dig shallow pit, lay your rocks, make fire to heat rocks, brush off the
ashes of the heated rocks, lay your leaves, lay the fish, layer with more
leaves, cover and bake for one hour (?) :)
Or you can have catfish sashimi and sushi.
