It's a South African fish paste made of mackerel, Cape herring, pilchards, anchovies, salt, sugar, thickening, smoke essence, and spices, with soya protein and ascorbic acid. The brand is called "Peck's Anchovette fish paste vissmeer."
After it's opened, it has to be used up within 10 days. I haven't opened it yet!
