[Sca-cooks] [OOP??]avacado question

Question for those that may have an idea.  The local
Food Lions have Avacoado's on sale.  Usually I end up
spending almost $2 each for these things.  Right now,
they are $1 each.  My hubby loves guacamole.  Is there
any way to preserve/can/ect either the avacodo or the
guacamole??
