mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... not quacamole, but try a salad of 
avacado chunks, grapefruit sections, minced red onion in a 
dressing made of olive oil, grapefruit juice, garlic 
powder, salt, pepper, and an itsy bits of sugar 
(scientific measurements of course).   yummy!  a real 
summer treat.  should be okay with jarred grapefruit as 
well.
