[Sca-cooks] [OOP??]avacado question

I wish I had one of those vacuum sealers...think I
will put that on my holiday wish list. 

I am going to try the chopping, and freezing w/ the
juice.  I have had success w/ the zipper bags and
sucking as much air out as I can.  The store had many
very nice looking avacados.  I was impressed and ended
up with I do believe, 16 of them.  4 of them will
become guacamole this afternoon.  I will leave a
couple out for the hubby to eat on sandwhiches/salad,
etc.  And then process the rest.
