pepper, wildflower honey

BOLETO FUNGOS (Seasoned Mushrooms) – button and shiitake mushrooms, Pacific
mushroom broth, garum, coriander seed, celery leaves, cilantro, black
pepper, honey

CUCUMERES (Braised Cucumbers) – organic cucumbers, white wine vinegar,
wildflower honey, e.v. olive oil, fresh mint sprigs

CYMAS ET CAULICULES (Young Cabbage Sprouts) – broccoli, scallions, cumin,
cilantro

DRIED FRUITS AND NUTS – Dried Cherries, Apricots, Almonds, Walnuts,
Hazelnuts, Pine Nuts

DULCIA DOMESTICA (Home-made sweets: Stuffed Dates) – dates, almonds, sea

SALACATTABIA (Salted Dinner: Stuffed Loaf) – Ciabatta wheat bread, chicken,
pine nuts, cucumeres, scallions, chicken broth, feta cheese, with a dressing
of vinegar, olive oil, wine, honey, celery seed, cilantro, coriander seed,
raisins, ginger, sherry vinegar, mint, and garlic.
