[Sca-cooks] Giano's translations are now in the Florilegium

I know that these are now on a number of sites, but I wanted to let
folks they can now get Giano's three translations in the
FOOD-MANUSCRIPTS section of the Florilegium. As with most of the
Florilegium files, they are available in HTML, RTF or text formats.
