That sure sounds like the one! Thank you. Now I can play with my oven
tonight. (I seem to remember that verjuice was called for rather than wine
vinegar but I doubt that it will make *that* much of a difference. I do wish
I'd not lost that other recipe - seems like there was an original and then
the poster's interpretation of it and I admired their work (and appreciated
the text of whatever the original was).
