[Sca-cooks] Sweet or Savoury breakfast?

Savory, definitely. For all that I'm a sugar-and-fat fiend, I just
can't *deal* with sweet stuff early in the morning.
I did eat my share of cereal growing up, and still do tend to eat it for
breakfast because it's quick (I'm SO not a morning person), but my
preference, at least as an adult, is more towards the proteins/fats. If
I do carbs in the morning (bagel or hot cereal or whatever), I always
seem to find a way to add fat or protein to it...
--maire, sorry to hear you're not feeling well, but you're welcome to
come up to Artemisia and cook breakfast for me any day! <g>
