As I said I was too tired to look it up and really don't care about where it
starts. End date is all I personally "care" about, though care is a bit
strong of a word.
My SO says that the "Fall of the Roman Empire" date all depends on what you
would define as the FoRE.
As for the grandfathering, I was commenting to Phlip's statement of
grandfathering. You are right though, I don't see why either.
