[Sca-cooks] New Cooking Job!

I'm so excited, I just had to share.
In my quest to support myself, I have just landed my 4th part-time job(!).
It is as a culinary instructor for the Viking Culinary Arts Center on
Peachtree Street in Buckhead (a swanky part of Atlanta).  This place is like
the mecca of cooking appliances, and could well be a very expensive place to
work - with 40% discounts available 3 times a year on anything in the store.
There is a cooking theater for demonstration classes, a hands-on kitchen,
and an outdoor patio cooking area with huge grills, outdoor wok, and smoker.
I'm going back today to fill in paperwork, and will be assisting in a couple
of classes soon - he asked me about asian foods and sushi wraps last night.
I don't know if this will be enough to actually pay all of my bills (in
combination with my other teaching jobs), but it is sure a step in the right
direction, and oh, boy, getting to work with all that lovely Viking
equipment will be grand!
