A bit of a caution on them. Carrig got one, and it had been seasoned with
something really nasty. I had to walk him through cleaning it out properly-
once it was cleaned out, it was fine. We're in contact with the importers,
and Carrig was somewhat amazed when the guy told him he'd done exactly the
right thing ;-)

If you get one with a nasty seasoning, for Heaven's sake, don't use soap and
water, and save some of whatever the nasty is so we can send it over to the
importer- he knows what is supposed to be on them, and he's trying to find
out what the problem is.

To clean it out, if necessary, put white vinegar in it and let it simmer on
the stove for a couple hours. Empty it, rinse it thoroughly, then scrub it
down with a paste made of baking soda and water. Repeat, rinse it
thoroughly, and then season it properly with your preferred oil.
