Thanks, Milady Andrea. I had a most instructive and happy time reading  
through these sites.  I guess that, even though I really want one, there  isn't 
anything like a vegetarian cookbook for the Middle Ages. I may have to  break 
down and write one.
Shall I call it Wortes and All?
