hmmm I make a non period salmon or tuna patty that has nothing to do with
Mayo... just the fish, a raw egg, and cracker or bread crumbs mixed
together.  you make the patties, put them in cracker crumbs, and fry them in
oil.  I use peanut oil myself :)
