[Sca-cooks] OOP: Mystery flour-like substance in my cabinet

Unfortunately, I was on the phone once while making medieval gingerbrede,
and reached for a similar-looking powder, only to realize that I was
sprinkling granulated garlic into the mix instead of powdered ginger.  Of
course I did not serve it, but will never live down the garlic gingerbrede
my friends on the other end of the phone heard about as it was in the
making.

Ah, yes. Like the brownies I made with my wife's Cantonese
deep-frying batter mix. Great brownies, with just a hint of ginger
and garlic...
