[Sca-cooks] HELP! beef rolls from the Libro Novo

Help! I had a handout from a Pennsic class with a bunch of beef roll 
recipes from the Libro Novo, but I can't find it. Was it someone on this 
list that did the class? Anyone have any idea where I can get these 
translations?
