[Sca-cooks] vinegar, caudles

There's an English translation of  Maison Rustique dated 1600. There's 
another dated
1606 and the 1616 one is improved by one Gervase Markham!
Bonnefons appears in English in 1658. It was translated by
John Evelyn.
